Wang Ju-hsuan, Minister of the Council of Labor Affairs, attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation’s 15th Women Leaders Network meeting in Tokyo, Japan. The delegation reached more than 80 members, the largest one at this meeting. The minister delivered her speech at plenary session 2 of “The Power of Women as Entrepreneur in Chinese Taipei” to introduce the Micro-Business Start-up Phoenix Program helping women start their own businesses. The minister successfully shared the experience with other delegation members and exchanged views on related issues.
