In what circumstances, the insured persons may apply for the refund of the occupational medical-care benefit in overseas or mainland China?

 For any occupational injuries/diseases inflicted in the place beyond the implementation region stipulated in the Labor Insurance Act and required being treated or hospitalized in the local medical institutionss, the insured persons shall attach relevant documents and receipts to apply for refund within six months after the out patient medical care date or the hospital discharge date.
